1. Prescription Medications – Non-Returnable
By law, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on prescription medications once they have been dispensed, even if unopened. This policy ensures product safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
2. Exceptions – Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
We will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is verified and shipped. Once a prescription has been processed and filled, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Over-the-counter (OTC) items may be eligible for return if:
